WLABmz+Bmz Prague-Linz-Zurich is still write on R 1547, but probably will not operate, beacause OBB do not want manipulation with EN Wien-Zurich in Linz.
Thats wrong.
It's wrong that the train will not operate because ÖBB doesn't want manipulation (i.e. the train will not operate because of another reason) or it's wrong that the train will not operate (i.e. the train indeed will run).
IF the direct service will not be enabled, then not because of operatiopnal/technical reasons.
